Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Director, US Field Reporting Specialist for Specialty Care in Cambridge, MA. You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and operation of field reports for the US Specialty Care portfolio, partnering with Sales leadership and GTMC to translate data into actionable insights that improve sales execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
7+ years in Pharma analytics, reporting, or sales operations.
Proven leadership of field teams and cross-functional programs.
Experience with regulated environments and vendor management.
Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and operations of US Field Reporting.
Collaborate with Sales, GTMC, Digital, and HUB teams to deliver insights.
Drive AI-powered analytics adoption and self-service reporting.
