Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics, Reporting, or Sales Operations (or equivalent)
• Proven experience partnering with or leading field teams
• Experience working in a regulated industry with strong compliance orientation
• Vendor management experience
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions with measurable business value
• Strong communication and storytelling skills across diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and operations of field reports across all US Specialty Care Commercial customer-facing teams
• Build strategies, processes, and tools leveraging pharmaceutical data sources and BI/AI platforms to deliver actionable insights
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics, automation, and self-service reporting to modernize field reporting infra and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with Digital/ITS, Commercial, Market Access, and other functions to drive implementation of field reports and AI solutions
• Partner with global GTMC teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across hubs
• Manage and develop team members, provide training, and maintain governance materials and budgets
• Act as trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing Leadership on field reporting decisions
