Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of sales analytics and/or field effectiveness experience.
• Or Master’s degree and 8 years of sales analytics and/or field effectiveness experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of sales analytics and/or field effectiveness experience.
• At least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and execution of field effectiveness initiatives.
• Develop organizational design, roles, and objectives for Field Effectiveness.
• Lead or co-lead cross-functional initiatives to drive field performance improvements.
• Monitor field performance and identify issues; propose solutions.
• Coordinate field projects like customer targeting, reporting, and omnichannel tools.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team and align with GCCI.
