Job summary

Sanofi in North America is seeking an Associate Director of Field Effectiveness and Communications. You will lead internal communications and change-management efforts for the Customer Facing Capabilities organization, translating complex system and workflow changes into clear messages that inform and engage field teams across the US.

This role partners with leaders to drive adoption and alignment during transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years in internal communications, change management, field operations, or commercial excellence.
• Experience supporting field sales organizations in North America is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical changes for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communications lead for North America field operations and CFC.
• Develop messaging strategies for change initiatives and achieve field alignment.
• Coordinate Field Sales Leadership feedback loops and governance programs.
• Direct AI-assisted content production including emails, newsletters, FAQs and talking points.
• Oversee AI-supported video content and communications cadence with analytics to measure impact.
• Maintain CFC SharePoint site and standards for consistent branding.
