Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director to lead field effectiveness and communications for North America. The role drives internal communications, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement to enable adoption of transformational changes across field teams.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex initiatives into clear messaging, while leveraging AI sentiment analytics to inform strategy and improve engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; evidence of high-impact internal communications.
• 3+ years in internal communications, change management, or field operations.
• Proven track record leading comms strategies for large-scale organizational change.
• Experience supporting field sales organizations, preferably in North America.
• Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications and change leadership for CFC initiatives.
• Coordinate messaging strategy with stakeholders and AI sentiment analytics.
• Design and govern the CFC Champion program for scalability.
• Develop and execute AI-supported content production and analytics.
• Maintain governance, templates, and standards for communications.
• Oversee SharePoint intranet and field-facing content updates.
