Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a Change Management Communications Manager to drive strategic, organization-wide internal communication plans for North America, including the US and Canada. Qualifications

• Progressive experience creating change management communication plans and internal campaigns in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate change management strategy into actionable communication plans.
• Lead development of communications plans, toolkits, calendars, and engagement activities.
• Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement including events, recognition tools, and town halls.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve communications for people managers.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with change priorities.
• Provide status updates and reporting to senior Communications leaders.
• Measure KPIs and solicit ongoing feedback to guide improvements.
• Ensure plans stay within budget.
