Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive Federal business development and capture experience.
• Demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, capturing, and winning large, complex Federal opportunities.
• Deep relationships within DoD facilities, installation management, civil engineering, public works, and base operations acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of facilities management, maintenance, and installation-support services.
• Knowledge of Federal acquisition processes, FAR, and contract vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Akima's Federal facilities O&M portfolio with priority alignment to targeted customers and large mission-critical programs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities generally valued at $250M or more.
• Lead priority capture efforts from qualification through award across IDIQ/task order environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compliant and competitive proposals.
• Shape acquisition strategies and manage teaming, pricing, and win strategies.
