Akima is looking for a Director of Capture Management to lead strategic captures and new business opportunities. This hybrid position entails working closely with business development teams and enhancing capture strategies to improve win rates.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT solutions, a proven track record in winning multimillion-dollar contracts, and exemplary leadership skills. They will also need to reside within commuting distance from Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience winning IT solutions, specifically in Enterprise Architecture and IT Modernization.
• Track record of success with $50M to $100M+ business development.
• Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and customer buying behaviors.
