Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required for team operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels and provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage on-site operations, scheduling, and equipment setups to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze P&L, control costs, and drive profitability for the location.
• Act as on-site technician for events when needed and troubleshoot equipment.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and support site visits with senior management.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver World-Class service and achieve goals.
