Qualifications
- 10+ years of strategic account management experience at digital agencies or consulting firms.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and retention targets above 85%.
- Originating and closing $3M–$5M+ annually in enterprise companies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking.
- Passion for AI-first initiatives and translating concepts into ROI.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end new business generation and growth for untapped areas of Google and Alphabet portfolio.
- Target and capture net-new projects by navigating complex organizations and senior stakeholders.
- Generate high-value pipeline revenue to support each of the agency's core units.
- Develop quarterly plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and targets.
- Lead contract renewals, extensions, and expansion discussions with Pod leadership.
