Job summary

Left Field Labs is seeking a Director of Digital Business Development to drive revenue growth and pipeline strategy for our digital, brand, campaign, and product offerings. This quota-carrying role demands strategic sales leadership, hands-on execution, and reporting to the EVP of Growth.

You will architect a holistic playbook to secure high-value net-new enterprise engagements, collaborate with the Digital pod, and travel for industry events and client pitches as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating and closing enterprise revenue.
• Experience selling bespoke digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex procurement and legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement outbound/inbound enterprise sales strategy.
• Build and maintain a pipeline aligned to annual targets.
• Lead proposals, presentations and negotiations through closing.
• Develop relationships with senior executives across target brands.
