Job summary

IDR, Inc. seeks a Director Enterprise Systems and Services to lead enterprise platforms, infrastructure services, and technology operations in Dallas, TX.

This role partners with senior stakeholders to improve reliability, modernization, and service delivery in a regulated healthcare/academic environment. You will oversee incident management, governance, and budgeting across multiple technology teams to ensure high availability and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Director-level leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure or technology operations.
• Experience leading large, high-availability environments with thousands of servers and users.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise service delivery including incident management, escalations, and operational reliability for mission-critical systems.
• Drive infrastructure and platform modernization, including cloud strategies and emerging technologies.
• Provide governance for project portfolio execution and cross-functional delivery.
• Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and continuous improvement practices.
