Everforth Apex is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems and Services to lead IT service delivery in a 24/7 environment, overseeing incident management, project portfolio governance, budgeting, and enterprise architecture. The role collaborates with senior leaders to drive standards and continuous improvement across technology platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Ten years of progressively responsible related experience.
At least three years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience with ITIL and operations planning.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee day-to-day service delivery within the Enterprise Systems and Services division.
Review incidents in ServiceNow for timely resolution and proper prioritization.
Partner with leadership to manage operational priorities and budget.
Oversee project portfolio planning and capital budgeting.
Direct enterprise architects in delivering sound enterprise solutions.
Identify process improvements to increase reliability of centralized technology.
