Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission-critical, facilities, or data center experience.
• Senior operations/facilities leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple buildings, a campus, or cluster of facilities.
• Strong understanding of critical facilities and MEP infrastructure.
• Experience in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic operations of a mission-critical data center campus.
• Oversee performance, reliability, and operational strategy across facilities.
• Manage vendors, customer expectations, and ensure uptime, safety, and standards.
• Develop management teams and foster accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives for expansion, project support, and operational excellence.
