Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Senior IT Director II, Operations Delivery & Reliability to lead the enterprise platforms that host and run software, and to govern change, incidents, and lifecycle disciplines across towers 4 and 5.

The role commands Sev-1 incident leadership, ITSM roadmaps, and executive-level briefings on reliability, debt, and license compliance, while enabling development teams with self-service pipelines and IaC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in platforms, ITSM, and service reliability within a complex org.
• Experience leading director-level or senior-manager-level technologists.
• Proven ability translating strategy into execution roadmaps and managing vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tower 4: Application & Developer Platforms, including hosting, DevOps, and automation.
• Lead Tower 5: Service Reliability & Technology Stewardship, ITSM, asset/license management, and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-tower leadership, governance, and TBM/FinOps alignment.
