• BA/BS Degree or equivalent; 10 years related experience; 8 years supervisory experience.
• On-premises data centers and enterprise facilities infrastructure; virtualization, storage, database platforms.
• Cloud platforms and modernization initiatives; IT service management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business priorities, with on-premises as core and cloud selectively adopted.
• Ensure 24x7 availability, incident, change, and capacity management; establish SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead management of data center, server, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
