Job summary

Franciscan Health seeks a Director IS Enterprise Systems to provide strategic and operational leadership for ERP, Service Management, RPA, and related platforms. You will own platform roadmaps, coordinate upgrades and integrations, and oversee vendor relationships while guiding managers to deliver enterprise priorities.

Travel to onsite leadership meetings is required, with responsibility for lifecycle management, testing, production support, and ongoing optimization of non-clinical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• 7+ years leading enterprise systems and related tech portfolios.
• 5+ years lifecycle management, vendor management, and release management.
• 3+ years experience with integrations, data flows, security, and identity management.
• 3+ years in Healthcare, HIPAA/PHI/PII regulatory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, management and operational support of enterprise systems including Workday, ServiceNow and UiPath.
• Establish and maintain platform roadmaps, lifecycle plans and governance processes.
• Oversee upgrades, releases, testing, and production readiness across platforms.
• Provide leadership for the enterprise RPA/automation platform and center of excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance with software partners and MSPs.
