Ability to review application architecture and guide development approaches.
Mentor software developers and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience with ERP environments and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central extensions (AL).
Proven track record delivering strategic, measurable business outcomes using AI/automation.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, architecture, governance, and optimization of enterprise business systems.
Own the enterprise roadmap and transformation initiatives across departments.
Provide technical leadership for custom app development and integrations.
Evaluate AI, automation, and digital technologies to boost productivity.
