Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager IS Applications to lead enterprise application initiatives in a hybrid environment across its facilities. The role emphasizes reliable IT services, patient-focused care, and empowering teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities include ERP design/deployment, cross-functional coordination, and lifecycle management, with emphasis on change management and process improvements across large-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information services, engineering, science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years Information Services leadership experience.
• 8 years total relevant experience: strategic planning, process improvement, lifecycle management; ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
• 8 years Application design and/or implementation of large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Applications & Infor Lawson).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IS applications across Providence Saint Joseph Health and Services facilities.
• Promote customer and employee satisfaction and accurate execution of tasks.
• Oversee deployment and lifecycle management for ERP applications and related systems.
