Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and take decisive action in complex environments.
• Proven success influencing outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen.
• Experience working with senior executives and leading high-visibility initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-critical initiatives with significant organizational impact and executive visibility.
• Take end-to-end ownership of initiative health and outcomes, driving decisions, accountability, and forward momentum.
• Proactively orchestrate work across business and technology organizations, identifying dependencies, risks, and stakeholder needs.
• Establish structure, clarity, and accountability when processes or direction are evolving.
• Provide leadership across assigned initiatives, directing and influencing project and program managers.
