Saba Health Care is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee software subsidiary's performance across development, sales, onboarding, implementation, and customer success.

You will build an operating system, align product delivery with commercial commitments, and drive customer outcomes in a fast-moving, remote environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep healthcare workflow knowledge, and ability to partner with engineers, product, and executives to execute with discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading operations, product operations, or customer success in healthcare tech.
• Experience coordinating multiple functions (development, sales, onboarding, CS).
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing and post-acute admissions workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, sales, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Translate priorities into clear operating plans with owners and milestones.
• Establish weekly/monthly operating rhythms across teams.
• Build dashboards for leadership visibility on delivery, pipeline, and risk.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive issues to resolution.
• Partner with CEO on hiring, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Align roadmap with customer needs and business priorities.
