Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise sales or strategic leadership.
- Experience directing senior quota-carrying Account Executives.
- Proven success in large, cross-functional sales cycles with execs.
- Strong value delivery to merchants and consumers.
- Experience selling to large retail merchants, payments/fintech domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a senior AE team to meet targets.
- Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue outcomes.
- Navigate complex deals with executive stakeholders and negotiations.
- Build relationships with senior retail merchants for priority opportunities.
- Shape GTM strategies and align cross-functional partners.
- Leverage data, AI, and tools to improve planning and forecasting.
