Job summary
Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Retail Sales to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives.
You will drive strategic opportunities across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle merchants, shaping deals and building executive relationships to accelerate growth. You will coach senior AEs, manage pipeline health, and partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
- Experience managing senior, quota-carrying Account Executives.
- Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level merchants.
- Experience selling to large retail merchants, payments or fintech.
- Data-driven with ability to leverage AI/tools to improve sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of senior Account Executives.
- Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue outcomes.
- Coach on complex deals and build commercial solutions.
- Build relationships with senior merchant executives.
- Shape Enterprise Retail GTM strategy with leadership.
- Collaborate across Product, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, RevOps.
- Drive sales efficiency using data, AI, and modern tools.
- Travel for merchant meetings and events.
