Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Retail Sales to lead a senior team driving strategic retail opportunities across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories. You will coach experienced AEs, shape complex deals, and build relationships with senior merchant executives.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Retail Sales, with remote-first flexibility and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to ensure growth and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
• Experience leading senior quota-carrying Account Executives.
• Proven success with large, complex sales cycles and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience selling to large retail merchants, ideally in payments/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Account Executives to achieve goals.
• Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, deal progression, and revenue outcomes.
• Shape GTM strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
