Job summary

Notion is seeking a proven Outcomes Architects Manager to lead our Enterprise OA team within the GTM organization. You will define and iterate expand motions, gather customer feedback for roadmaps, and drive adoption and value delivery to grow expansion revenue.

The team unifies RM, CSM, and SE to accelerate workflow adoption and retention at scale. You will recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing group, partnering with solutions consulting and forward deployed engineers to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience for a CS, sales, SE or account management team.
• Experience with large and strategic customers (Fortune 500).
• Experience working with technical stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI adoption.
• Can convey complex information to executives clearly and concisely and resolve tradeoffs.
• Effective communicator across levels and audiences.
• Strong leadership skills with empowerment and collaboration.
• High ownership mentality.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup.
• Growth mindset and ability to build a nascent team.

Responsibilities

• Increase Team Performance on Adoption, Retention, and Customer Value by boosting product adoption and retention in the Enterprise segment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Outcomes Architect team.
• Build and refine KPI/OKR systems for data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with solutions consulting and forward deployed engineers for smooth onboarding and journey refinement.
• Drive new workflows and AI adoption beside customers.
• Serve as the key liaison for high-stakes customer engagements and business reviews.
