International Mission Board is seeking a Director of Training to lead enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives that empower staff, strengthen leadership, and support mission success. The role partners with HR to design, deliver, and optimize training across all levels and platforms.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience administering learning management systems and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organization-wide training and development strategy.
• Assess learning needs and create training solutions that align with organizational goals and priorities.
• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.
• Research emerging trends and technologies in learning and development and incorporate best practices into training initiatives.
• Create engaging training content for leadership, professional, technical, and administrative staff.
• Establish annual training priorities and learning curricula in partnership with organizational leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external training opportunities while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and content providers to deliver best-in-class learning experience.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of learning management systems, including Workday Learning, Pathwright, and other platforms.
• Manage training assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and employee learning records.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and maintain learning technologies.
• Analyze training outcomes and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance learning programs and employee development initiatives.
