Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Leadership or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, organizational development, or human resources.
• Proven strategic thinking and ability to design learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide training programs.
• Experience administering learning management systems and learning technologies.
• Advanced expertise in learning and development principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Outstanding written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certification in personality or assessment instruments preferred.
• Experience with Workday Learning administration and reporting preferred.
• Experience developing e-learning and blended learning programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organization-wide training and development strategy.
• Assess learning needs and create training solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.
• Research emerging trends and technologies in learning and development and incorporate best practices into training initiatives.
• Create engaging training content for leadership, professional, technical, and administrative staff.
• Establish annual training priorities and learning curricula in partnership with organizational leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external training opportunities while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and content providers to deliver best-in-class learning experience.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of learning management systems, including Workday Learning, Pathwright, and other platforms.
• Manage training assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and employee learning records.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and maintain learning technologies.
• Analyze training outcomes and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance learning programs and employee development initiatives.
