Qualifications

• 7–10 years of L&D, talent, or organizational development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, OD, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating effective learning experiences for employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with ministry priorities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Training and Development Specialist.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess development needs and design solutions.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, curricula, and resources.
• Oversee onboarding, LMS, and learning metrics; ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead annual performance review processes and related tools.
