Job summary

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to assess organizational development needs and partner with the Director to deliver high-quality learning initiatives and leadership programs. You will lead and improve the annual performance review process and align L&D with ministry priorities.

Responsibilities include directing learning programs, coaching, onboarding, LMS oversight, and collaboration with department leaders to strengthen leadership

Qualifications

• Experience designing and evaluating learning initiatives.
• Strategic leadership for L&D aligned with ministry priorities.
• Onboarding, coaching, and performance-review processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of an L&D strategy.
• Provide leadership to the Training and Development Specialist and teams.
• Assess organizational learning needs with ministry leaders.
• Design and evaluate curricula, programs, and learning experiences.
• Oversee onboarding and learning operations for new employees.
• Ensure LMS, records, reporting, and compliance are maintained.
