Job summary

Premise Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Director of Learning & Development to design and execute the training strategy, ensuring employees at all levels have the knowledge, leadership, and resources to succeed.

In partnership with Operations, Safety, HR, and Project Management, this leader will deliver programs, accelerate development, and improve field performance while embedding Premise's 'Ready to Learn' value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as described.
• Seven or more years in Learning & Development with enterprise program design and leadership development.
• OSHA knowledge and strong change-management skills.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Experience administering learning management systems and partnering with schools/trade organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Create roadmaps for training and leadership development across field and office ops.
• Lead apprenticeship programs and coordinate technical instruction and mentoring.
• Own onboarding and leadership development programs to accelerate productivity and culture.
