Job summary

Versova is seeking a Director of Learning and Organizational Development to provide strategic leadership for enterprise learning, leadership development, and change management across the organization. You will design, implement, and measure scalable programs that strengthen capability and leadership bench strength.

You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize learning solutions, govern the LMS, and drive adoption with a focus on performance improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in learning and development or related areas; 5+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to design, scale, and evaluate enterprise learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals and talent needs.
• Oversee leadership development and potential assessment across Versova.
• Lead the design and delivery of technical training for various roles.
• Manage LMS governance and tools to measure training impact.
