Job summary

Versova is seeking a Director of Learning and Organizational Development to provide strategic leadership for enterprise learning, leadership development, and change management. You will design, implement, and measure scalable programs that strengthen capability and leadership bench strength across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead the training function, manage the LMS, and drive adoption and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning and development, including 5+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to design, scale, and evaluate enterprise learning programs.
• Experience leading change management with executive alignment and adoption planning.
• Experience across multi-site or cross-functional environments with measurable impact.
• Strong executive leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise learning and development strategy aligned to goals.
• Identify, assess, and develop leadership potential across Versova.
• Oversee design and delivery of technical training programs.
• Govern learning management systems and measure training effectiveness.
• Develop on-the-job training for farm-level positions.
• Lead the training team including onboarding and performance management.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize learning solutions.
• Lead enterprise change management for learning initiatives.
• Build and standardize change management processes with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars.
• Manage training department budget, resources, vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to training.
