• 1–3 years of marketing analytics experience with leadership responsibility.

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage staff to ensure high performance.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable marketing analytics plans.
• Oversee regular reports, ad-hoc analyses, and data presentations for executives.
• Manage project timelines and milestones for analytics improvements.
• Transform customer data into insights for properties and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on analytics solution discussions and implementations.
• Oversee payroll and related administrative duties per policy and regulation.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls; maintain guest service standards.
