Dataiku is seeking an energetic leader to manage a growing team of Enterprise Solution Engineers across the US West, driving customer outcomes through AI-native strategies. You will partner with sales to demonstrate Dataiku’s AI and Agent Management platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market motions.

You will mentor and coach the team, hire top talent, and build strong relationships with sales leadership to drive adoption and expansion of Dataiku’s solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Experience in complex/large-scale enterprise AI deployments.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including foundation models, LLMOps, RAG architectures, and autonomous AI agents.
• Experience building and enabling high-performing technical teams in a rapidly evolving AI market.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity regarding business and AI technologies.
