Job summary

Dataiku Inc. in the US South is seeking a senior leader to head a team of Enterprise Solution Engineers, driving customer outcomes at scale across the region.

You will coach engineers on product value and Challenger Sales, partner with sales to retain clients through AI-enabled business strategies, and mentor, hire, and scale the team to grow both technical and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in sales engineering.
• Two+ years managing technical teams.
• Deep AI landscape knowledge including LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures.
• Programming and cloud AI experience preferred.
