Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in AI/ML engineering with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven track record of leading and growing high‑performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers building foundational services, frameworks, and tools for agentic AI applications.
• Stay current with industry trends in generative AI and help apply them effectively
• Drive cross-functional alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data engineering, DevOps, and application leads
• Mentor and coach AI engineers, fostering experimentation, humility, and excellence
• Ensure strong engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and incident response
• Define and drive strategic plans, goals, and team performance for agentic AI initiatives
• Lead collaboration with application teams to design reusable components and LLM orchestration frameworks
