Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience designing, delivering, and operating production AI-enabled platforms at enterprise scale
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Deep expertise in LLM technologies, AI platform design, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration, evaluation, and AI operations

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical strategy and architecture for AI-enabled products
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance across multiple teams
• Drive model strategy, vendor selection, platform investments, and shared infrastructure
• Ensure AI systems meet privacy, security, governance, and auditability requirements
• Mentor engineers and lead technical leadership through architecture reviews and coaching
