Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, ERP, Finance Tech to shape global finance technology strategy. Based in Raynham, MA with secondary locations in Raritan, NJ and West Chester, PA, you will lead ERP finance modules and datahub initiatives, delivering scalable, compliant operations.

You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, partner with Finance and IT leadership, and drive automation, controls, and data-driven insights to enable the finance transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles supporting SAP Finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ERP and Finance Technology strategy, aligned with enterprise and Finance objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ERP finance modules (e.g., record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay) and datahub.
• Provide people leadership for multi-disciplinary technology teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions.
• Oversee program and portfolio management for finance technology initiatives, including budget, timelines, and risk management.
• Ensure ERP solutions comply with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Manage relationships with system integrators and technology vendors, ensuring value delivery and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven insights.
