Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training, to lead organizational change across multiple country postings including Raynham, MA.

You will manage readiness, communications, training, and adoption for ERP and SC&O platforms, coordinating with global teams and external partners. You will partner with senior leaders to design and deliver a comprehensive change strategy, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience leading change management for enterprise systems across global structures.
Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness.
Proven leadership in large transformation programs within operations or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end change management plans for ERP and SCM implementations.
Conduct readiness assessments and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
Design stakeholder engagement frameworks and drive alignment.
Create and implement training curricula and measure effectiveness.
Collaborate with global SCM experts to improve processes and integration.
