Zusammenfassung

Willis Towers Watson seeks an Analyst / Communicator in Employee Experience to join cross-functional teams delivering on client engagements across employee insights, Total Rewards communications, and organizational change. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate research, drafting and production while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and tone.

You will collaborate with senior colleagues, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to strategy, change management, and digital offerings,

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of communication, change management, marketing, digital and social media trends and their application to client solutions.
• Strong written, web and oral communication skills with creativity and technical aptitude.
• Ability to manage priorities, own defined workstreams, exercise judgement within guardrails.

Aufgaben

• Research, analyze, write and refine employee experience materials, using AI for first drafts and analysis while applying editing and audience-adaptation skills.
• Coordinate stakeholders and projects by tracking decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, timelines and communications.
• Conduct interviews and synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings, present work and follow through on actions.
• Create reusable prompts, contexts, and workflow instructions for recurring work.
• Test digital and AI-enabled experiences for usability, accessibility, accuracy and failure modes; recommend improvements.
• Apply responsible AI practices covering privacy, confidentiality, bias, sourcing and human review; escalate uncertainty or risk.
• Support business development by drafting statements of work, project plans and budgets.
