Job summary

EY is seeking an Emerging Technology Ecosystems Manager to lead alliance initiatives and AI partnerships within EY’s Emerging Relationships team. You will manage day-to-day aspects of collaborations with technology providers, startups, and research institutions, ensuring alignment with EY goals and governance across regions.

The role is based in the US with a mix of virtual work and global coordination; some travel may be required.

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services.
• Proven success in building win-win alliance relationships.
• Ability to work in high-performing teams and with C-suite clients.
• Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Global mindset and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Execute emerging tech ecosystem strategy and objectives.
• Manage top-to-top alliance relationships and program management to mobilize on sales plans and joint opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across Global level service lines and regions.
• Develop emerging tech business cases, use cases, opportunities and sales plans with Go-to-Market teams.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in alliance work.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and impact assessment.
• Activate new countries and regions with proper governance and contracts.
• Encourage R&D by alliance partners to explore new tech applications.
• Contribute content and market insights to the Global Alliance network.
