Job summary

EY is seeking an Emerging Technology Ecosystems Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact collaborations across the tech landscape. You will work within EY's Emerging Relationships team, driving partnerships with providers, research institutions, and startups to accelerate AI and other emerging tech initiatives.

The role combines strategy, relationship management, and governance across service lines and regions, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company.
• Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
• Ability to work effectively within high-performing teams, contributing to a full feedback loop that fosters continuous improvement, transparency, and shared success.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build and sustain client / Alliance relationships at the highest levels of the firm and with C-suite clients.
• Global mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Execute emerging tech ecosystem strategy and objectives.
• Facilitate top-to-top emerging tech alliance relationships and program management to mobilize on sales plans, craft joint opportunities and market activity, and drive action through internal and external organizations.
• Drive results through disciplined, industrialized governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions.
• Work with Go-to-Market Alliance Leadership to develop emerging tech business cases, use cases, opportunities and sales plans.
• Drive compliance on emerging tech initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in data privacy and security, closely collaborating with Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function on formation efforts.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, Emerging relationship impact/influence.
• Activate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts.
• Encourage and support R&D efforts by alliance partners to explore new emerging tech methodologies and applications that can benefit internal and external clients .
• Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights
