Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Director of Email & SMS Marketing to lead client relationships and oversee end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across Email & SMS, app messaging, and more. You will drive strategic plans with senior stakeholders, ensure deliverability, and guide internal teams to exceed growth targets.

You will manage onboarding, transitions, and ongoing optimization while coaching team members, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to financial planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Email & SMS Marketing with a proven campaign track record.
• 3–4 years of management experience leading teams.
• Expertise in at least one ESP/SMP and real-time content/onsite messaging vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data to drive marketing decisions.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and align account team recommendations with client objectives.
• Oversee onboarding, transitions, and delivery of Email & SMS operations.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development for team members.
• Collaborate on financial targets, staffing plans, and client margins.
• Drive innovation, thought leadership, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
• Educate clients and maintain industry knowledge to enhance campaigns.
