Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Client Partner Account Manager to drive end‑to‑end client success in a fully remote US role. You will oversee daily account activities, craft cross‑channel strategies, manage budgets, and forecast performance to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and teamwork with Tinuiti’s various client channels to optimize growth and retention. Strong analytics and communication are essential in this collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing campaigns.
• Experience across multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
• Strong analytics capabilities using Google Analytics and third‑party tools.
• Proficiency with project management software and data reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze data to drive marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of client accounts, delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Develop and implement detailed account plans leveraging multiple media channels.
• Assist clients with budgets and forecasts; monitor actuals at month end.
• Identify opportunities for growth and cross‑selling aligned with client goals.
• Analyze client data and prepare insights, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with client channel teams and internal groups to drive outcomes.
• Maintain proactive client communication and resolve issues to sustain satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
