Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in strategy consulting, transformation, governance, or senior ops roles.
• Experience designing governance models, operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for matrixed organizations.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end activation of Digital Lab+ transformation priorities and governance.
• Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap with milestones and risks.
• Lead change management, culture, and stakeholder engagement workstreams.
• Analyze structures, workflows, and adoption metrics to identify improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate executive forums to align leaders around trade-offs and actions.
• Develop playbooks, tools, and leadership enablement materials.
• Identify future capabilities and embed continuous improvement into operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, synthesizing complex info into clear recommendations.
• Build informal networks to monitor adoption and sustain transformation.
