Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in strategy consulting, transformation, governance, or senior operations roles.
• Experience designing governance models, operating rhythms, decision rights, and accountability frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to enable alignment across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end activation and adoption of Digital Lab+ transformation priorities.
• Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across Digital Lab+ to embed new ways of working.
• Analyze organizational structures, workflow friction, adoption metrics, and performance indicators.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to connect patterns and drive measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate executive forums to align leaders on trade-offs and next steps.
• Develop playbooks, toolkits, and leadership enablement materials.
• Identify future-state capabilities to support Digital Lab+'s evolution.
• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders with clear recommendations.
