Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end activation and adoption of Digital Lab+ transformation priorities, translating strategy into actionable workplans and governance routines.
• Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap with milestones, risks, and resource trade-offs.
• Lead change management, culture, and stakeholder engagement to embed leadership behaviors and operating rhythms.
• Analyze organizational structures and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and course-correct execution.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Therapeutic Businesses, Analytics & Operations, and other cross-functional functions to drive measurable business outcomes.
