• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, shape initiative direction, and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead delivery of priority programs from concept through implementation with alignment to strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor to project teams, contributing to delivery and problem solving.
• Translate complex priorities into structured execution plans and leadership updates.
• Develop program plans, milestones, dashboards, and communication plans.
