Job summary

AbbVie seeks a strategic leader to drive Finance Transformation Change Management & Enablement at scale. You will define strategy, governance, and adoption plans across ERP, operating model redesign, and digital initiatives to sustain change in a global, matrixed organization.

You will partner with Finance leaders, HR, and technology teams; mentor a team of practitioners; and measure adoption with real-time data and KPIs to elevate performance across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in organizational change management or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading change management for ERP, M&A, and operating model redesigns.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building and scaling change management teams or centers of excellence.
• Deep expertise in change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey Influence).
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, governance, and a sustained organizational capability for Finance Transformation.
• Lead end-to-end change management for finance initiatives, including technology transformations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance team of change practitioners.
• Drive a digital-first, data-driven approach to change with AI tools and adoption metrics.
• Partner with process owners to translate changes into roles, training, and adoption plans.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and alignment.
