The Director, Accounts & Strategy at EAB will lead digital and web content vision for Web & Digital Solutions clients, aligning strategy through execution and coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead partner meetings, build strategies, and be a respected advisor for the partner on all aspects of their web and digital landscape
• Gather, understand, synthesize, and communicate critical information about our clients' products, market, competitors, and customers, pulling insights from a variety of sources to ensure that we are designing and building with a clear view of the big picture and context
• Ensure Web & Digital Solutions services exceed expectations that delivery is on strategy and meets partner goals
• Set the long-term vision and strategy for our partners' digital products and services and write strategic briefing documents
• Play an active role in growing the scope of work for accounts and lead partner onboarding and initial discovery sessions, revisiting goals quarterly/annually to roadmap plans
• Deliver clear and concise communication with internal teams and ensure everyone is on the same page for the project with clear actions and timelines
• Manage and mentor assigned account managers and planners as the team grows
• Represent EAB and the Web Visibility and Strategy team at industry conferences and networking events
• Stay abreast of consumer trends and behaviors across generations and technologies
• Partner with and report to the senior director of the team to identify partner opportunities, scope projects, and find solutions to internal and external challenges
